Marshall joined K&W in 2016. His practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of consumer fraud, antitrust, pharmaceutical, and other complex litigation.
Marshall graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center, in 2013. While in law school, he served as the Executive Senior Editor of the Louisiana Law Review. He earned his B.A., in political science, from Louisiana State University in 2007. Prior to joining K&W, Marshall served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kathleen Kay, United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Louisiana (2013-14), and the Honorable Donald E. Walter, Senior United States District Judge for the Western District of Louisiana (2014-16).
Marshall is a member of the state bar of Louisiana and is also admitted to practice in the Western District of Louisiana.
