On March 21, 2019, Judge Gary A. Fenner, presiding over the multi-district litigation In re: Dollar General Corp. Motor Oil Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, issued an order certifying 16 statewide classes for state consumer protection and unjust enrichment claims arising from Dollar General’s sale of obsolete motor oil. The Court also appointed Kanner & Whiteley, LLC, as lead counsel for all of the classes. You can read the order here.
