  • Allan Kanner

    Allan graduated from Harvard Law School in 1979, and then clerked for the late Judge Robert S. Vance of the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He founded the firm in 1981 and has since  acquired a national reputation in the fields of complex litigation, environmental law, and consumer fraud.




  • Conlee S. Whiteley

    Conlee is the managing member of K&W and has been with the firm since 1994. She practices primarily in the areas of consumer fraud, pharmaceutical, antitrust, insurance, and agricultural products litigation.



  • Elizabeth B. Petersen

    Lili has been with K&W since 1996, and is a member of the firm. She focuses primarily on environmental, natural resource damages, and complex litigation.



  • Cynthia St. Amant

    A member of the firm, Cindy has been with K&W since 1998. Her practice focuses primarily on consumer protection class actions and insurance coverage litigation.
