On September 19, 2014 Kanner & Whiteley, L.L.C. secured a settlement of $2.9 million on behalf of Attorney General James “Buddy” Caldwell to resolve the State’s claims in State of Louisiana, ex rel., James D. “Buddy” Caldwell, Attorney General v. Shire, PLC, et al., involving the sale and marketing of the drugs Adderall®, Vyvanse®, Daytrana® and Intuniv®.
