Allan Kanner will speak at Duke Law’s Multidistrict Litigation Institute Seminar on November 9th in Washington, D.C. The Institute is designed to provide practical information on how to effectively vie for management and leadership roles to lawyers who have little or no experience in litigating large MDLs. Along with Kanner, the faculty includes seasoned MDL judges and other distinguished lawyers well experienced in handling large mass-tort MDLs.
